Erasmus is a multi-award-winning creative director with more than 12 years of industry experience. He obtained his Master’s Degree in Design (Visual Arts) at Stellenbosch University and is currently working toward the completion of his PhD in Information Technology (IT) at Nelson Mandela University.

At Ampersand, a creative consultancy he co-founded, Erasmus manages multi-disciplinary teams that provide through-the-line solutions for both creative design and digital technology (SaaS) projects. Ampersand’s clients include; Uber (EMEA), FIND (Switzerland), Travelzoo (Germany), CHAI (South Africa), NDoH, Nelson Mandela University, MBDA, BCMDA, EC Parks and Tourism Agency, the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), IronMan South Africa, Mohair South Africa, and the South African Red Cross Society.

Erasmus’s work has been recognised by Destiny Man Magazine’s ‘Power of 40 Award’, the Nelson Mandela Bay Business Chamber’s ‘Top 40 Under 40 Award’, and the Fruits of Democracy Award for ‘Excellence in Media’.
