Uber Technologies, Inc., commonly known as Uber, is an American multinational ride-hailing company offering services that include peer-to-peer ridesharing, ride service hailing, food delivery, and a micromobility system with electric bikes and scooters.

This project was to produce a short animated video introducing the Uber Select service to Uber drivers. Uber approved drivers offering the Select service would drive cars that are more higher end than regular UberX drivers, but not as premium as drivers offering the top-end Uber Black service price wise.

Ampersand produced an educational animated video based off illustrations which introduced this service to Uber drivers for the East African market in Kenya. This example was well received and led to additional animation work being commissioned on an annual basis.
