Open Realty is an estate agency brand based in the Nelson Mandela Metro area. The client had recently exited a franchise agreement with a well-established realty brand, and sought to establish its own unique identity.
Ampersand was tasked with the conceptualisation and design of the new organization’s visual identity. Ampersand oversaw all aspects of brand development and the creation of all branding and marketing materials which included a mix of photography, videography and graphic design.
The current visual identity was developed after an extensive audit of existing South African realty brands. The new visual identity was aimed at conveying a sense of transparency in the home buying/selling process, allowing the client to take ownership of the process and to signify the availability of an abundance of desirable real estate.
